I’m going with DFD based on the fact that his delivery is perfectly suited for GT format, whereas Thesaurus seems to have problems with getting the same energy that he has in other formats in his bars. Thesaurus will have more killer lines, but DFD will be funnier and slightly edge it.

ILLMACULATE over MADNESS [Lil patna hasnt been battlin for quite a while now and will be heavily prepared for this heavyweighter, Madness tho will have plenty of lines prepared for lil patna, OT will occur and Illmac will edge it].
OKWERDZ over EXI [One of the closets matchup thus far, there will be an OT for sure and judges will play roshamboo for the result, which ends up being 3 to 2 favoring the bearded lady in disguise (OK btw.)].
DLOR over MOSH JELTON [D-Lor has a clean sheet and will not be takin an L this time either].

TANTRUM over 9DM [I dont think this matchup will be as close as people might think. Tantrum edges DM out on lines, delivery and energy. Easy win for Kim Chee].
H-BOMB (GTNW) over F.L.O. [Honestly, this shit rite here can go either way... This is the hardest yet to call. I aint really seen H-Bomb since those brainstorm battles and old SJams but if his energy and stamina is up to par we will see F.L.O. "walkin couch" take a walkin L / O.T. status all day tho in this battle].
REVERSE LIVE over KNOWLEDGE MEDINA (GTFL) [This battle has the freshcoast written all over it. Reverse Live is eager as fuck to show the audience that he is capable of beatin top tier niggas in other division and will DESTROY in this battle. DESTROY is the keyword. OT will occur tho.]
FREDO over LYRAFLIP [Never heard of this kid "Fredo" but based on some of his quote i will say he will take this shit. OT? I fink so].

DIZASTER over EVERYBODY KNOWS [Kinda hard to call kuz I feel Everybody Knows has a better freestyle ability compared to Diz but if Diz is heavily prepared for Fresco, Im sure he will keep that streak, going back to back to back against three heavyhitters. Dizaster for the win].

- I think dumfounded in OT. I think they will match up well against eachother, Thesaurus will be hungry after his loss to Dizaster… Thesaurus will bang out quotables and intelligant schemes and metaphors as he does… i think even some wordplay daylyt style i saw that impressed him… however providing that DFD dosen’t choke the consistent funnies and possibly some hot flips will see him win

XT Vs. Pariah – (Winner: XT) Unfortunately I don’t know who Pariah is so I’m going with the familiar guy. Plus he beasted in his last battle.
Sykull Vs. Revanon – (Winner: Rev) I’m going against the grain (and on his own battle blog at that!). I know Sykull has mad punchlines, but I’ve never seen him in an accapella format. This battle has a lot of pressure to it (although both parties probably won’t admit it). A lot of bragging rights are on the line from all the talk. I see this battle being a little disappointing with both participants slightly cracking under the pressure with some fumbles in their lines. But Rev will handle it better (he has the experience) and do enough to get the win.

One of the toughest battles to call right now. Saurus, i bet, is just ready to murder someone/anyone after the loss to Diz. My gripe with this battle is that Saurus is the greatest, and we’ve seen him destroy so many people..and that same aspect is prolly what aced him against Diz, and Dumb is crazy fresh, doing everything the most exact way it can be done. Saurus’ mechanic may be lost due to the fact Dumb is just that completely fresh. We saw some new stuff from Diz, and it prevailed i think because it was up against the usual Saurus formula. I think Saurus will have to bring something new to the table to ace this. If Dumb isnt blinded by the shine of the vet, he could take this. Personally i think they both know what they’re up against..but the padawan has learned much from the jedi master. Vote – Dumb in a vicious OT.

Whatever, this battle will be stupid. Ok will have tons of sick punches..and Ex will do all sorts of who-knows-what-the-fuck and make it sound like the dopest shit in the galaxy – because it is. I dont know, i’m taking Ex in OT. it will go to OT because it must. I just think Ex’s delivery adds so much to his already ridiculously clever punches..that it will prove to be too much in the end for Okweezy.

Diz just wants to take out the two time, back-2-back world champs one-by-one. I think iLL has his potnas back though. theres more at stake now. its not just beating iLL and Saurus, its beating the two time, back-2-back world champs, on his own. i think iLL lets him know its not that easy, and that Diz might need a homie to have a chance. iLL uses Diz’ momentum against him. i got iLL in OT.

does Diz have enough stamina or what? i havent heard EKs writes, i hope he uses them here. my gripe here?..what does that make Diz, if Diz beats iLL and then loses to EK?..and, what does that make EK? I gotta take Diz in 3 here.

Dope battle here. 90 has beaten some nice artists lately..so we know he can do that shit. Tant def has some definitive wins under his belt..but in GT has taken losses, although, they were losses in some of the sickest battles i’ve ever seen. I wanna see Tant beat someone really nice in GT..he obviously deserves that level of a win here. I think 90 comes with some flips on the usual asian shit..and Tant comes hungry for a win…its his time. Tant in 3.

Word the fuck up to H-Bomb. it might sound wack, but yo, i think that “imma call you lil-wackulate” shit is some of the funniest shit i heard in battles. I mean, so funny, that i’ve repeated that line to short stupid kids i see in the spot every once in a while and people laugh at it. FLO is really funny too, one of the best at showing how much fun hes having while hes battlin’. for some reason, i think H is gunna show up to this shit and drop some great verses and FLO is just gunna be chillaxin’. I’m takin’ H in OT.

RL kills. no offense to FL, but Cali is gunna have a field day with yall. i mean, i want yall to win all your battles, seriously. cuz if yall win all these battles, yall mofuggs will shock the universe. i just cant help but to be logical about it..call it, sports analysis. every representer from FL has to step up like they’ont even know. and not just step up one or two levels either. The pressure isnt even on yall to win..yall could all lose, and nobody would be surprised, but thats exactly why you have to win. I dont know Pariah..maybe hes an outcast. XT is really dope though. all i can say here is XT in 3.
Sykull Vs. Revanon:
i have a feeling that this is going to be an awkward battle..but still a dope one. i feel like EG will say some shit that wont get the reaction hes expecting from the crowd. I think Rev will make fun of him pretty good, he has a good amount of shit to work with..so does EG, though. imma get psychological and say Rev wins this in OT because his thought process is more clear…also, i think Cali has a good amount of respect for Rev..Cali thinks hes a likable guy who has a chance to win here. FL wins again.
Young Nate Vs. Fox:

Madness Vs. Illmaculate:
Mad can possibly stake a similar claim as to what Diz is going for. Though he lost to Saurus, he did beat him once before. this will be a really dope battle. i dont know how much either of these guys wanna win this one though. I do think that iLL is hungry to win against Diz, but i kinda see this one going the “whatever, lets just entertain” route. I dont think beating the champs is that important to Mad. i mean, i’m sure it has its importance..but Mad seems like the kinda guy whos just happy to rip it in a sick battle. Imma say Mad takes this, but not because he wants to be the one who beats the champs on his own..but because he’ll say a boatload of funny shit. iLL will be droppin’ some sick shit too..i just see him caring less about this one. Mad in OT just because 4 rounds of Madness vs iLLmac is better than 3.
