i guess this is where i give my breakdown on the battle and address a couple things people have been sayin then jus leave it at that.

first off this was without a doubt the best ive ever seen jaze juce rap, its like he finally took the advice i was trying to give him on jumpoff all along. im not some asshole that jus wants to see mawfuckas fail, im probly one of the biggest battle fans there ever was so the more dope battle mcs there are the better for all of us right? so seein someone improve alot is a beautiful thing and if this battle is what was needed to make that happen then good.

that being said right now i definitley feel what mook was saying about if “someone says something okayish or improves its gon sound 10 times better cuz hes goin against me” more than i ever thought i would.

not to say juces shit was okayish or whatever, i found his first 2 rounds to be pretty amazing even if most of it was untrue it still sounded convincing….but to be honest i found his last 2 rounds to be pretty boring and un offensive to me. my shit wasnt perfect either i blanked out for a split second in round 3 and hadda freestyle 4 bars or whatever and that leaded to me rushing the rest of my 3rd round when it did come back to me cuz i didnt kno how much time was left….other than that i felt i stayed consistant and won every round, but obviously everyone is entitled to there opinion.

with the battle out of the way i jus wanted to say this “beef” shit has gotten way out of hand. i do not kno jaze juce at all personally my only shit was i thought he sucked at rapping so how can i HAAATE him so much? making blogs on jumpoff (at jumpoffs request) was some shit i did to kill time on my lunch break at the office and its really not as serious as people are trying to make it out to be and its not really a factor in my life at all. i deliverred with anger because he had said things about me that i didnt appreciate and where im from when soemone talks shit to u, u get mad…this is how the world works. jaze def earned some respect from me by stepping his shit up and comming to cali to battle me, and who knows maybe i earned a lil respect from him as well. didnt really speak with jaze much for obvious reasons but i chopped it up with wapps quite a bit and we both had the mutual feeling that this shit is over and done with so enjoy the battle and it is what it is.

haha and just a couple random things i saw in the posts i wanted to say somethin quick about:

“california crowd bias” – most of you dont kno this but i wanted to do this at scribble jam in front of a neutral crowd but when we originally set this up lush said jaze insisted that it was done in california. he knew what he was getting himself into, and all of his good lines got alot of reaction and it was judged with no bias whatsoever by judges who couldnt give a fuck about either one of us. and my lines were “overhyped” because its shit that 90% of the battle community wanted to say to him

“having no respect for NY” – jaze juce is one person i had words with on the internet how in the fuck is that classified as me not respecting NY? ive got an insane amount of friends and fam in NY and big daddy kane, biggie and kool g rap are some of my favorite rappers of all time so i have nothing but pure love for the state of new york. most of my battle influence (shit jus rap influence in general) came from ny b4 the cali scene was big like that which is why i mentioned breez and craig g in the battle. all the yonkers not bein on the map shit was jus battle talk….and i only said EASY to be a dick cuz hes from ny, i do not think im murda mook haha. ur supposed to be a dickhead in a battle btw.

“swagger jackin iron” – hilarious. iron is fam all day we been homies fr YEARS and it would be a lie for ANY battle mc to say there not influenced by him in some shape or fashion. but just because im chubby white and angry does not mean i took someones style….if u do ur research i was chubby white and angry b4 iron even came on the scene. we both do our own thing and are good at it.

“stockton a suburb of sacramento” – hahahahaha that shit kills me. stockton is its own city 40 minutes from sacramento that has like 400,000 people in it and has one of the highest if not the highest crime rate in california almost every year. not trying to glorify it one bit but some of u definitley have the wrong idea about where i am from.

also i jus wanted to say this regional grindtime beef shit is bullshit, we all need to be supporting and building with each other because this grindtime shit is getting bigger by the minute so if we aint unified its gonna make us look stupid as fuck. dislike someones shit if they suck, not because of where there from. and maybe us fresh coast cats should tone it down a bit cuz its obviously makin us come off like were very arrogant when in reality were some of the nicest people ull ever meet.

Expectations were exceeded without a doubt, and it definately is commendable that jaze came out to Cali to make this match happen. It’s one thing to know that you have to come at an extremely high level in such a situation, but he came through and actually executed that very task which is a lot easier said than done. So props and much respect.

I also enjoyed Awk’s return to the battle circuit as I’d been harrassing him to battle again for the past couple years. Im kinda glad he went on a brief hiatus though cause if he would’ve kept goin at the level he was at early in the decade and even prior, just think of how fuckin beastly that bearded jerk would be now f he never took a break. Very dope performance man, especially to essentailly ‘come out of retirement’ for. That’s also a lot to live up to as far as expectations, and knowing you have to execute. You clearly did so, ya dig.

So in summary, both emcees are on an even plane of scumbag in my eyes. And while I may hate you both equally…… dammit I respect you.
